Return of package
1. Reflection Period : You have a period of 14 days after receiving your product to request a return or refund. Beyond that, no claims will be accepted.
2. Cancellation within 24h : If you change your mind within 24 hours of your order, we will issue a full refund. Orders are only processed after 24 hours to allow for corrections and cancellations.
3. Return Conditions : The returned item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as intimate products, sanitary items, or gift cards, are not eligible for return.
4. Return Procedure : Contact us with your order number at contact@luxartisstore.com. We will provide you with a return address and a return slip. You must send the product directly to the indicated address; you also have the option to provide us with proof of shipment (postal receipt or other). In some cases, a product inspection may be necessary before the refund. Our returns are free, thus eliminating any concerns related to return shipping costs.
5. Damaged Items : If you receive a defective product and want a refund, a photo of the product is required. If it is not provided, the item must be sent back for inspection.
6. Free Returns : We offer free returns for all products. You don't have to worry about return shipping costs.
7. Refunds : After receiving and validating your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method. Bank delays may apply.
8. Sale Items: Only the amount paid during the promotion will be refunded.
9. Exchanges: For defective products, we offer an exchange for the same item. Contact us at contact@luxartisstore.com.
10. Gift Items: If you return an item received as a gift, a voucher for the value of the product will be sent to you. If the gift was not marked as such at purchase, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.
If the return concerns a defective or non-compliant product, the return costs are entirely our responsibility.
However, for any return related to a simple change of mind or an order error, the return costs remain the customer's responsibility and the product is not refunded.
Important: The artworks travel under the buyer's responsibility.
