Return and refund
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the receipt of your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To do so, contact us with your order number at contact@luxartisstore.com. We will provide you with a return address and a return slip. You will need to send the product directly to the given address; you also have the option to provide us with proof of shipment (postal receipt or other).
